Yes, each prescription order will be reviewed for approval by Eagle’s Nest Animal Hospital. You will be contacted if your pet needs bloodwork or an exam prior to the medication being filled.

Legally, your pet needs to be seen once per year in order to prescribe medication. Certain medications require periodic monitoring and bloodwork for dosage and to ensure your pet is tolerating medication.

Yes, you can pick up the medication during our normal business hours by selecting ‘local pickup’ at checkout.

Pickup orders placed before 12:00 pm will be filled the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be filled the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be filled the next business day.

In-hospital pickup orders are filled within 4 hours Monday through Friday during hospital hours. Pickup orders placed before 12:00 pm will be filled the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be filled the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be filled the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. You will receive an additional confirmation email when your order is filled and ready for pick up.   

If this is the first time you have added a pet or pets to your account you won't be able to see them until after your first purchase has been made. Once you have made your first purchase, you can assign pets to a particular product from your account dashboard to make reordering a breeze.

All pet medications are sent USPS first class mail from the King George post office. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. Although we pride ourselves on speedy delivery, some things are beyong our control. If we anticipate your order will be delayed, for any reason, we will reach out as soon as possible.

All standard shipping is complimentary. If rush shipping is needed, please call our office.

No, auto-ship is not available at this time.

All of your pet’s medication will ship directly from Eagle’s Nest Animal Hospital. 

Our online pet pharmacy prices are the same as they are for picking up medication from Eagle’s Nest in person. This pharmacy is to a provided convenience for you and your pet!
